The Edu-Montis Foundation for the Support of Educational Development, headquartered in Bytom 41-902, Wrocławska Street 14/6c, is the Administrator of your personal data.
II. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
As the administrator, we will process your data:
1. For the organization of appropriate training forms (based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);
2. For the purposes of providing electronic services (based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
3. For analytical purposes, better matching of services to the needs of our customers, general optimization of our products, process optimization, building knowledge about our customers, analyzing website traffic), which is the implementation of our legitimate interest (based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
4. For archival (evidential) purposes, which is the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in case of a legal need to demonstrate facts (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
5. To potentially establish, pursue or defend against claims, which is the implementation of our legitimate interest (based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
6. To offer you our products and services directly (direct marketing), including profiling, which is the implementation of our legitimate interest (based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
III. Right to Object
1. At any time, you have the right to object to the processing of your data as described above. We will cease processing your data for these purposes, unless we can demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or your data are necessary for us to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
2. At any time, you have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes. If you exercise this right - we will cease processing data for this purpose.
IV. Data Retention Period
Data processed for direct marketing purposes of our products and services may be processed until you object to their processing for this purpose or we find that they have become obsolete.

1. In relation to the services that external entities provide on behalf of the Sokrates Educational and Training Group Anna Stalmach-Tkacz, these entities may have access to your personal data to the extent necessary for the provision of these services.
